Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

 

 

What is an Employee Assistance Program?

 

Our EAP program provides highly professional, confidential help when you need assistance with personal problems. All employees and immediate family members are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program.

 

Personal problems can be many things from marital/family problems difficulties, health concerns, emotional and stress-related problems to drug or alcohol problems. These problems can impact you negatively on many levels, job performance, financial security, physically and mental health, as well as the impact upon family members, friends and co-workers.

 

It is the goal of the Employee Assistance Program to resolve your problems before they negatively work performance in a significant manner.

EAP is one of your benefits by your employers. Because the entire cost of the program has been prepaid by your employer, there is no cost to you.

Experienced counselors will help you and/or you family with a wide range of problems i.e.; marital, financial, parenting etc. We can also help you find additional services or treatment, if necessary, and provide follow up to ensure the effectiveness of your care.
